Turmeric milk, or golden milk, has been a drink used for health in India and Ayurveda for centuries.
Turmeric is a well known anti-inflammatory. Besides adding a delicious spice to the turmeric, cinnamon and ginger are also anti-inflammatory.
It is most common to heat turmeric milk on the stovetop and to use coconut milk when making it. But it can be adapted to making one serving in a mug with hot water and using a plant milk as a creamer.
